One of my known had suggested me this brand. He is a fabricator and always prefer this brand for his needs. So I also made my mind to try this for my automobile repair job. First I send my requirement for Tig welder. They send their quotation and I was so happy to see their rates which are comparatively low as per my current supplier. But little bit confused about quality. But still I placed my order and within 4 days it was being delivered. Quality which i got is amazing. It is impossible to provide such quality at this rate. And I had opted this brand for my future needs also. Yesterday placed an another order for spot welder.

Tig 250 was my first machine from cruxweld. Before this I bought from. a supplier of vadodra. I didn't get any accessories along with the machine and also after sale services. And as the warranty period expired, the machine started creating problems. I was very upset and want to buy from other brand. Then I got to know about cruxweld with the reference of my brother's friend. He is using their machines since 2011. He highly recommended this brand. And really it is an amazing experience to buy from them. They delivered within 2 days. I also got accessories along with the machine. Shipping charges ate also normal but they didn't charge any installation fee.

Four months ago I purchased a welding generator from this brand. Last week I was working and it stopped at once. I couldn't understand what's the reason so I contacted to their sale s person and immediately he connected me on video call . The reason was that it got over heat and when this issue occurs, it stopped automatically. So when after a while I tried, it started again. Their prompt service is the reason as why this is my first preference for welding equipments.
