Cruxweld Industrial Equipments Private Limited

Spot welding machine is my need and constantly I am looking for the best quality. I always need a machine which may serve our product in a best way. Still I did not get the required result. Someone suggested to me the Cruxweld brand as he was a user from last 7years. He was satisfied and I went there with my samples. The samples were done very precisely with the spot welding machine of 15kva. I am ordering a spot welding machine 15kva from them and deposited the money. They are dispatching the machine today.

The beautiful was the welding which I saw with the machine my friend was having. I was looking for a good quality TIG welding machine. The machine is very compact, light in weight, transportable and very effective. The equipment is a real power saver. The team from Cruxweld installed the machine with online assistance. The whole kit is supplied after the payment is made.

I was stuck with my welding generator when It stopped at once. Couldn't find out the reason. So place a request for this and get an immediate response via mail. One of their technicians contacted me through video call and he helped me to fix the issue. Extremely pleased by experiencing virtual service.

I was in an urgent requirement of Tig welder. For this I contacted to their sales manager and he suggested that Tig 315 AC/DC will best suit your jobwork . So I completed purchased process and within 3 days I got it's delivery. It is super affordable and excellent machine and axactly same as what I desired for. Due to it's Ac/ DC function It welds all mentals with high accuracy and gives outstanding performance.

Very easy to operate and compact to carry . I am talking about Arc 200 which I purchased recently. Although I haven't much knowledge about welding but still I am able to perform my job efficiently and also getting wonderful results. Rates are also nominal. So must go for this.

One of my plasma cutters was not working properly which was being purchased last year. So it was under warranty. I mailed them and as per my request they sent their technician. He examined it and found some internal damage. So he fixed it within half an hour and it was charge less. Actually due to some power breakdown in our area this issue occurred. I was so happy to get timely services.

Super happy with their post sale assistance . Their sales team is very supportive. One of my stud welder which was out of warranty had suddenly stopped working. So I registered for service and their technician visited at our site. He looked after the issue and solved it. He charged affordable charges for his service. For me the best part was I got timely service which is always missing with other brands and supplier.

10 days back I got a contract of delivering 3 profile cutter from a shipyard industry. I am a supplier and I can trust only on this brand. I am saying this after 10 years of experience. I bought Welding generator from cruxweld last month. It is superb because it solves two purposes, welding and generating power. If I talk about welding quality, then it is also strong and smooth. It is totally designed as per the current need of the user. Although this is my ist machine from cruxweld but I have selected it for all my future needs. Because their rates and customer service is splendid.

My all machines are bought from Cruxweld. Because their most of the machines are inverter based. So it's the best thing for every welder who belongs to remote area, where power supply is major problem. When they dispatched machines, their all machines are being passed through pre trials. They have variety of welding and cutting equipments to meet everyone's needs. And necessary accessories are also sent along with the machines. Which is a good thing. Their service centre's are located in all cities so no need to be worry about service in case of any breakdown. If I talk about their customer support service, then it is marvelous. They try to solve the issues as early as possible. This is the one thing which makes this brand different from others. Because every customer faces issue and wants that these should be solved early. So I am happy with this.
