Cruxweld is my favorite brand. Their sales support is commendable. Within 24 hours they try to resolve the issue and always ready to serve their clients. As their service stations are situated in all over India, so no matter from where you required the service, they do their best. I had bought a welding generator last year. My work was going on in Chennai but the area was out of the city. It suddenly stopped and my work had stuck. I immediately requested for service. As it was 6.30 pm so they told that technician will visit within 24 hours. The next day, at 10a.m. their technician came and had a look. Some part was damaged so he exchanged it. This timely help had amazed me. And this is the reason I am highly highly higy recommending this brand.

This month It happened to be a chance to purchase a welding generator. The experience has been great as we find the staff very courteous and professionals. They were taking all the precautions of COVID 19. They were having all the protective gear in place, social distancing was managed very well. We felt very safe during the purchase process. Every step was meticulous and safe.

So much delighted to b connected with this brand. Two days back my welding generator which was under warranty, was not working well. So I mailed them and their technician connected with me via video call. He helped me in fixing the issue and it was really impressive.

Cruxweld brand is proved as an outstanding manufacturer with regards to economical rates, timely delivery, sales team behaviour and outstanding quality of the machines. I am saying this after 5 years of experience. All the welding and cutting equipments for my fabrication needs are being purchased from Cruxweld only. When I had started my work , I came in this profession with little knowledge. But due to their videos and support today I am an efficient fabricator. They always give me suggestions whenever I required and never face any problem or issue with their products and services. So I am highly recommending this brand to all fabricators.
