worst company and worst experience. Tried to buy laser machine, they told so many facilities of machine but when i said i want in writing including warranty conditions. They refused even after taking cheque. Sabko yahi salah hai ki yeh jo bhi bole inse writing me le lo. warna baad me kuch bhi service nahi milegi.

Visited today regarding CNC/laser cutting machine requirements and had a disappointing experience. Staff attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, with little effort to properly address my queries. During my visit, I also met an existing customer who purchased a unit from them — he shared that after 1 year, he's been unable to get proper after-sales service, with very long waiting times for repairs despite it being urgently needed. For a company in this industry, timely service support is critical, and this doesn't inspire confidence for future buyers.
