More than one year ago, Decor Smart purchased an 8×4 laser machine from Ziatai. When the machine was delivered, we found that the laser bed was missing 16 support sticks. We immediately informed the company, and they assured us that the missing sticks would be delivered within 7 days. It has now been more than a year, and we still have not received them. Despite this experience, we trusted Ziatai again and purchased another 2×3 double-head laser machine about a month ago. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again. Instead of providing the bed that was promised during our discussion, they delivered a honeycomb bed, which is of no use for our work. Once again, they promised that the correct bed would be delivered within 7 days, but even after one month, nothing has been delivered. The biggest problem is their after-sales service. Once the sale is completed, getting any response becomes extremely difficult. Calls and messages are ignored, and there is no proper support or commitment to resolving customer issues. As Decor Smart, we invested in two machines from Ziatai with the expectation of reliable products and professional support. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. We request Ziatai to fulfill their commitments, deliver the pending parts immediately, and improve their customer service so that other customers do not face similar problems.
