Excellent after sales service and support. Professional, experienced and dedicated team of service engineers, provides support in the remote locations.

Fraud company...... After getting full payment sales the machine but didn't install the machine .... waiting fo installation of machines from last 6 months......... They are not answering calls........ Very poor service....... They are just fraud people. Don't go for it.

Customer for already 18 years . I recommend them for the quality and economical machines they provide with excellent service backup.

I am Rais Ahmed from Sign Tech, Paharganj, New Dehi, Using Edgeprint Solvent printers from the generation of Xaar128 then Konica 512 and now Konica 512i, and fully satisfied with Quick and fast service support. Konica 512i printers are only stable with the genuine inks, I Recommend them with my own experience.

I have been using a range of Edgeprint printers and other machinery since 2007, and I must say, I have consistently experienced exceptional service support and high quality equipment quality. Without hesitation, I highly recommend their products and services

Update: June 2026 A court case is ongoing with the vendor. The machine delivered was missing half the critical components and vendor admitted on email that those are missing and were never delivered. Also found other clients of the customers who had similar experience. Some proceeded to a court case (vendor is a repeat offender) and some just marked it as lost money. Tried to take it up with Indiamart to ban his account (which they did for a while, but restored since IndiaMart takes money for listing... ofcourse, you would prefer a client that pays for listing than a random guy on internet trying them with a court case). Original Reveiw: Very hard to chase. After sales service is too slow. You are almost at the mercy of different departments to deliver the machine or schedule engineer for installation. Nobody picks calls or responds to messages after payments are cleared. I understand engineering projects take time but no communication just renders a bad taste and experience.
