BSM India (Build Scale Manufacture Pvt Ltd)

Maine BSM India ke shoes machinery ko khareeda aur mujhe bahut achha lag raha hai, unka sales team bahut hi cooperative hai, unhone humari factory ke liye sahi machine chuna aur humari production ke liye bahut madad ki, hum unke saath phir se kaam karna chahte hain aur unki services ko apne friends ko bhi recommend karenge. Humne BSM India se automatic shoes machine khareedi aur ab humari production badh gayi hai, machine ki automation aur technology bahut acchi hai aur humari labor cost bhi kam ho gayi hai, humari factory ke liye bahut accha investment hai aur hum BSM India ke saath phir se kaam karna chahte hain, unka after-sales service bhi kaafi accha hai aur humein koi bhi problem nahin aati.

Great experience with BSM India! Wide variety of machines, excellent after-sales service, and knowledgeable staff. The demo facility was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Good Staff I had a meeting with Mr. Karan Singh The sales person was extremely professional and supportive throughout the process. Product knowledge was excellent, communication was clear, and follow-up was timely. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Very poor service and faulty products. On top of that extremely rude and poor communication from the management. We bought a refurbished machine from them which started giving problem on the first day. After their technician visited, he informed us that one of the part needs repair. Once he took the part, Their team called us and informed that their would be an expense of 8000 rs. On questioning about it, we were rudely told that if you want no problems that you should have bought a new machine and not a refurbished one. On asking for the pump back, their team stopped picking our calls and even blocked our number. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Behavior. Please save your money and not buy from cheaters like these.
