I am a trader of Industrial commodities and recently received a requirement for a WIKA pressure gauge from one of my customer. Since this is not a regular item in my product line, I searched on Google and contacted a few traders, one of them being "SO CALLED" VINOD GAUTAM SALES. I shared the exact requirement with them on WhatsApp, and they did respond and gave me the price. However, their price was significantly lower compared to other traders (almost half), which raised concerns about whether the product specifications were the same. To clarify this, I called them, which is a normal and necessary part of business communication. Unfortunately, the person on the call behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing my query clearly, he started giving irrelevant examples (like Maruti, Kia, Hyundai, BMW) and did not provide a proper answer. If they were not interested in the deal, they could have simply declined. Such rude and short-tempered behaviour is not acceptable in professional business dealings. May be GOD give them things more than their need, so they don't require new business/new customer. Customer can ask anything/everything, being a businessman it is your duty to listen the customer query calmly and reply them politely. You know everything about your product line but may be the customer doesn't know ABCD of this line. Overall Experience: Very poor customer handling and lack of professionalism. Communication skills need serious improvement. I saw your previous replies on the customer complaints on google reviews that VIGA is known for his highest customer care standard. I would like to ask you if this type of talking behaviour is your highest customer care standard.. then what will be the lowest standard according to you??
