I wont even give 1st start to it but than you can't post without a star! They are big lairs, Unethical towards business (fooling), unprofessional and negative attitudes and so on. 11th June I stepped into give order for a very small stuff - SS Nut Bolts that needed special making. They took order and 11th of July a month later they delivered something which I never gave order for and partially my order what I ordered for also misplacing my sample given to him. In this one month stretch couple of times incorrect stuff was made by their Vendor as per them. Also initially they charged me hefty amount for something I did't asked them it's only in between when they ask to come and collect the order I saw what are they giving to me which I never order for. Such a BIG MIS COMMUNICATION GAP these people are having between their own STAFF! After a lot of conversation, the man in middle (bit healthy) not accepting his mistakes rather imposing on me....that was height of lying and unprofessional behavior. Later he called in front of me to his Vendor to make what I ordered for and he will returning back to the vendor which was wrongly made. Now on 11th July When I went to collect the order they gave me partial order(only SS Screw) and not the SS Nuts, again saying I never ordered for it...If so than how come they also have brass made Screw and Nut with them attached to this order ?(which as per then was again delivered wrongly. Brass instead of SS). Now here they could have done some damage control which they never intent to. The Adv. Money which I gave them and what they made against them wrongly, which later they again reordered them there was hell and heaven difference in price. I was expecting refund now what they did was unexpected, they gave me the half completed order and the stuff which was initially incorrectly made for which I never ordered for forced me to buy and billed for it stating 'mere kisi kaam ka nahi'....aare what attitude is this! You made it because of your fault and miscommunication between your staff why should I buy it !! but again that person seating in middle was always in denial mode....pathetic Experience. Its not ending, in between whole of month, when called to the given number hardly calls were picked and if picked the way they talked as if they are the customer ...so rude tone and used to drop call after their saying without hearing us. Used to ask update on whatsapp never responded. only when they need money adv they texted.
