Very unprofessional staff. Don't know how to talk to customers. And even don't show you the products you are asking for because they don't have these many varieties as they are displaying on their catalogue or Indiamart. Because of these kinds of suppliers businesses have to look towards china to get the good quality stuff and at least professional behaviour.

Very very poor response. They want us to buy 10000pcs without seeing the sample. I was ready to pay money and get the sample. But they wanted me to buy 10000 pcs without seeing the sample. Is this some kind of phishing??! I don’t know. Please understand: I have not asked samples for free. I was ready to pay the money for the Products and shipping. I was pretty happy and satisfied with the quality of goods supplied. We ordered for pet bottles with pump, the goods were properly packed and as per samples shown. Just one small complaint the transporter took much time but can't blaim Indian harness for that.

Very unprofessional ! I purchased lot of jars and bottles for my skin care products from them and the acrylic jars started to crack from the tip.. Most of the customers got injuries due to this. I reported this multiple times and they called me to their office with the product filled in jars. They stalled me for a month saying this it is getting lab tested.They also claimed that my product my have reacted with the jars. So, if their jars are not meant for cosmetic products they why are they selling it this way. Additionally the bottles that I purchased were leaking. At the time of sale they claimed that it wont leak. So , incase you dont want to lose your money and time please do not purchase from them,. They literally harass customers and do not take responsibility of anything.
