Staff on the petrol pump is not efficient, I visited to refil diesal in my car on today 23/01/25 at around 9.45. But maximum points are filling in bikes, and three four point are vacant. But staff is not taken care of any vehicle. I wait some time for refilled but no body is care. One of the staff spit gutka on in the refille area also. He is recorded my car camera also. After that no pump is vacant from bikes some tomes and I leave the pump without refill diesal. Thanks to your staff to ignore consumers.

Too much crowd specially after noon.

Bad experience for petrol pump all staff

The petrol pump is called diesel. Very unusual and funny. Dont be misled by the name it also sells petrol. Basically it is a indian oil petrol pump which all have lubricants and petrol diesel and other facilities which are available on a normal petrol pump delhi diesel is just a catchy name.

Today I visited this petrol pump to fuel my scooty. I clearly requested a full tank. The attendant first dispensed fuel worth only ₹100 without resetting the meter to zero. When I objected, he quickly added fuel up to ₹320 on the meter and then demanded ₹420, claiming that ₹100 had already been given earlier. This is a clear case of malpractice because: 1. The meter was not reset to zero before resuming fueling. 2. The fueling process was unusually quick, indicating that the full quantity of fuel was not dispensed. 3. I was charged for ₹420 but received fuel worth 320rs. Clearly they are scaming

yaha par ek ladke ne mere se Rs 300 leke, Rs 200 ka petrol bhara. Usne pehle 100 dabaya or bola ki galti se 100 daba diya, then bola ki usi mei 200 aur add kar dega, then usme 200 add krne ki jagah 100 add kr diye and mujhe screen par 200 dikha diya jisse mujhe laga ki pehle usne 100 ka bhara tha, then baad mei 200 ka bhara tha alag se. Jabki usne total 200 rs ka hi petrol bhara tha. Vo ladka/aadmi muh mei gutkha, tambaku ya khaini rakhta hai and vo patla hai. Mai agli baar aaya udhar tab manager ko complain karunga. Mujhe uss samay shak hua tha kyuki petrol bahut jaldi bhar diya tha usne. But mujhe jaldi ho rahi thi and pichhe kaafi lambi line thi, isliye maine ignore kr diya but ab mai 100% sure hu ki usne rs 100 ka petrol kam daala tha. Please fire that guy.
