Useless company useless sales people. Don't buy from them. Nam bade Darshan chote

I still remember that during my school days and going forward to my college days we have a black coloured big size voltage stabalizer from bluebird with a red button in between for instant start. Going forward after many many years we have 4 voltage stabalizers for AC. One of the stabalizer gone kaput after 6-7 years of usage. I didn't wanted to try any other brand as we at home had confidence on Bluebird stabalizers. Last month I directly visited there factory located at Wazirpur, New Delhi. The experience was terrible. The guard middle aged, I think in his 50's sitting at the main door doing multiple duties don't know how how to talk to a person who has travelled 30 kms from his place. Ruthless, ill mannered. The same goes to the lady sitting at the reception, don't know basic communication skills. It was like the staff is working their without the salaries being paid. Anyways the Stabalizer I got from their factory some BL 415c model started malfunctioning after 1 hour of use. I had to visit their factory again, to get it replaced, and you know what after getting the replacement one checked and after installing this replacement one gone bad again after 15-20 mins of usage. Finally called the service center, and they agreed for replacement, and sent another one to my home this time. But again for the 3rd time the stabalizer started showing wrong output and started making noises after 25 days of usage. Also I would like to suggest people who are reading this that don't buy Bluebird AC stabalizer with voltage 150-280, it shows that it is meant for inverter AC, but when the input goes 240+, that time output drops to 205-206, resulting in AC compressor frequent cut off. The experience is terrible. Avoid buying anything from this company.
