I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with either the product or the overall service. At the time of purchase, one price was communicated, but a different and higher amount was charged at the time of delivery. When I requested a proper GST invoice, I was informed that an additional charge would be applicable. Such pricing practices should be communicated clearly and transparently to customers before the transaction. Another major concern was the lack of transparency and timely communication. Important information and terms were not clearly disclosed in advance, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The refund/return process was equally disappointing. Even after requesting a refund for the token/product amount, I had to make multiple follow-ups. Despite repeated communication, the process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience. I strongly recommend that customers get the complete price breakup, GST invoice terms, refund/return policy, token charges, and all applicable conditions in writing before making any payment. Transparency and customer service are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of these expectations.

Trust worthy shop owner is very humble in nature. I do recommend to buy home appliances. Also good offer’s and value for money price’s
