Kafi ghatiya product hai charger jal jata hai
Very good service charger is chipest and best quality
Company me koi b call receive nahi karta h. Service k liye kisse baat kare?
Keep up the good work sir! Have used and sold dozens of your chargers and you are a huge support for the EV DIY community especially the lithium battery charging segment. All of India uses your OEM goods and I cannot run my business without your support. Best wishes to the team!
I would suggest everyone not to buy there products. I usually used to purchase first they will be very nice to you and they will sell their products , but when any problem comes they don't provide any warranties , starting some days they used to give but now if we sent any serial no of the part in warranty they don't entertain . Now days they dont receive calls as well . After this also if anyone deals with them , be at your own risk . Note : I wont delete this comment and if its gets deleted then you will know who have deleted .
Never buy products from Drone Power Limited. I had bought a charger for Lithium Battery from Drone Power which had some problem and was to be repaired under warranty. I was asked to sent the charger at my own charges and also now they are asking to pay the courier charges for returning the charger back. When the product is under warranty it is the duty of the company to pickup and send back the products after repairing them under warranty. Highly disappointed by their behaviour. Stongly recommend to not buy products from Drone Power Limited.
