Sales Staff quite helpful specially Mr. Rajesh
The software is not user friendly. They need to focus on automation. Once uploading the master data , again n again need to type the full name to enroll the finger print etc..... its 2022 please dont make fool the people on the name of real time , AI ..........................
The worst ever experienced with STJ Electronics. They commit something else and deliver something. At the time of selling there product they claimed for free services but later denied to do that even in warranty period. We were shifting to our new office for which they said it will be free of cost because it's in warranty period but later claimed charges for that. Infact, they also charge for customer care services which is very strange and wierd. When we purchased the product we paid in lacs and then again they are charging for every services, what's the use of making huge payment when in return we get false promises and commitments.
unprofessional and very sluggish support.you raise ticket for support today and next week they will call you for support. AERM is good but have lot of bugs which they don't even bother to fix it.

It's have a great experience in field of access and attendance product. All staff are having excellent technical knowledge . Management are also familiar. Company have a great team of sales & support and it provides always end to end support to it's customer in one go...
