Sir, We at University of Calicut has made a Direct purchase (with L1 mode) of one 5 KVA UPS to the official residence of the Vice Chancellor, through GeM, at a total cost of ₹92,650/- (Rupees Ninety two thousand six hundred and fifty only) having 5 years warranty. Now the ups is having complaint and your technician has not rectified the complaint till date. An incident has been placed in GeM portal in this regard. Please take immediate action to repair the UPS at the earliest.
