BEAWARE – DEFECTIVE TURBOCHARGER CORE Dear Mr.Tarun patel ,Nelcon motors, delhi, This is regarding the turbocharger core purchased from you for ₹5,000 including transportation. After installation, the core did not function properly. We incurred additional expenses to inspect, rectify, remove and refit the turbocharger, and also had to travel for further correction/replacement. The expenses incurred are: Core including transport paid to and maruthi – ₹5,000. paid bill to secunderabad engineering corporation and rapido – ₹1,700 Removal & refitting charges – ₹3,500 Air travel for correction/replacement – ₹3,400 Parking charges due to the vehicle remaining idle for 10 days – ₹7,000 (₹700 × 10 days) Total expenditure – ₹20,600 Out of this, ₹15,600 is additional expenditure incurred because of the unresolved defective/non-functional core. You have stated that the core had no fault and that the issue was caused by improper installation. If this is your position, please provide a proper technical report establishing the exact cause of the failure. We request you to immediately arrange a proper replacement/rectification and reimburse or adjust the additional ₹15,600 incurred by us, including the ₹7,000 parking charges caused by the delay. We have already suffered considerable financial loss, vehicle downtime and inconvenience due to this matter. Please resolve the issue asap. If the matter is not resolved, we reserve our right to take appropriate further action for recovery of the expenses and losses incurred. After this they delivered turbo but its not working. I have to spend more money and get it done from local vendor im hyderabad. So all reviews here are fake .. dont purchase turbo cores . If u buy take warranty.. but they dont give.
