Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with RGI. Before placing the order, Jayan was extremely rigorous with follow-ups for the order and payment. But once the order was placed and the advance payment was made, the tables completely turned. From that point onwards, it was our turn to chase them repeatedly for updates and delivery. The committed delivery timeline was missed by one month. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. Jayan stopped taking calls, became difficult to reach, and started giving excuses for not attending calls. This is, in my experience, highly unprofessional behaviour. Taking an order and advance payment is not the end of the responsibility — honouring commitments and maintaining communication is equally important. Based on my experience, giving an order to RGI felt like committing business suicide. Once they had the order and advance, getting proper communication and delivery became a struggle. I am sharing this review so that other buyers are careful and think twice before placing an order with RGI. Please make sure every commitment is documented and do not rely only on verbal assurances. Very poor experience. Highly unprofessional approach. Absolutely not the level of service expected from a professional business.
The Silicone Bar Mats Products by Rubber Globe Industries was One of the Finest and Great quality. I was Quite amazed by the Products with the One Of the Anti slip Bar mats that I have ever Got For my Company.
