Royal Box Shop

I recently bought some items from Royal Box Shop and I was impressed with how well they packaged my order. The items I received were great quality and the prices were reasonable too. Must check their products.

Good quality products at competitive prices. The problem with them is that we place order for a product in bulk and in case they don't have that particular design available, they send different designs on their own without even referring back to the customer.

Very very good shop. One shop for all gift boxes. At reasonable rates too Yahan aake aapki talash khatm.

The shop is with a MOQ and did not provide me with the customisation as per my requirement due to Diwali season. The shop is different from the online collection they have in respect to the collection/design/color they have available at the store.

Very bad customer service .. i placed order for 20 pcs and wanted more and asked for discount as they have in their policy atleast they can consider and give me a coupon but very bad behaviour from the staff

I recently placed the order via website and my money was deducted and my bank statement clearly stated that the money has been credited to the royal box account, despite that the Royal box's owner says that no money has been credited to their account and they cannot do anything on that part. They said that diwali ki वजह से payment atak rahi हैं, i have never faced any such situation where payment aesa ataka ho ki इतने time bad bhi wapas nhi aaya. I even went to bank to check on this, they too said that the money has been credited to the Royal Box account. People please make senseful orders and beware at the time of payment. As these people will show no sense of responsibility for any monetary deductions caused which is very bad atleast they should show some sense just to look into the matter Stop excusing on the name of Diwali.

They have all the varieties and types of boxes and bday and all the occasions necessities. Must visit . Wuality good with best prices. Owner is very helpful.

Very bad experience, I would have given 0 stars if there would have been any option, I ordered few items, although the items were delivered on time , but half of the things were missing. And when you call or email them, nobody answers. Shitty services and I would recommend nobody to purchase from them and please never make an advance payment to them. They take their customers for granted and never answer the calls.
