Key Wee International (Steel Doors)

Pathetic service. Their executive called us from 100km away and foolled us by saying that the door we selected is available for required size. We reached their store on the same day. Upon which they said that the door is not available. The owner is quite smart and good with his business skills ( would say that he is an importer and others are retailers). I would request everyone not to buy anything from him and let him understand how precious the time of customer is. There are several other stores where you could get the same door at a cheaper price.

Best product at reasonable rate, best quality doors, after sales service is also goods. staff is also polite. overall good experience at keywee doors. specially thanks to owner who give best suggestion for my home according to my need.

Team of Key Wee is very professional and cooperative. I am really happy with their efficiency of delivering the product and polite attitude of their technicians who install the door. The product quality and cost is also Competitive. I am really happy with overall experience.

Their products made my home look even more beautiful. Loved the quality! The best part is their way of treating a customer and punctuality, which is found very rare these days. Also not to forget, they’ve got the best prices as well. Definitely a #HappyCustomer!

⭐ 1 Star (If I could, I’d give zero) I’m an architect, and my experience with KEYWEE DOORS has been absolutely horrendous. I ordered doors for one of my projects, and the company kept lying to me for over two months about delivery. Every single day, their team said, “It’s being delivered today,” but nothing ever arrived. It was only after I threatened to file a police complaint that they finally delivered the doors. But the nightmare didn’t end there — the keys didn’t even work. I again had to chase them for almost a month to get a replacement, and once again, only after threats did they respond. This was one of the most disgusting, unprofessional experiences I’ve had in my entire career. Their customer service is non-existent, their promises are pure lies, and their attitude is pathetic. As an architect, I will never recommend KEYWEE DOORS to any client or colleague and will actively discourage their use in every project I’m associated with. They simply do not deserve the trust of professionals or customers.
