Recently bought Barbender GW42J. First day of operation ,motor got defective. I contacted them by phone and whatsapp. They claimed the machine as their product, after defect they claimed it is Chinese import. Only 3 page A4size printed manual. The manual says 1 year warranty. But they are not able to replace / repair the motor. No service , No warranty, totally horrible.

I purchased a Bar Bending Machine from Topall Impex, and I am extremely satisfied😊 with both the machine quality and their service. The machine is strong, efficient, and very easy to operate. It has made my work much faster and reduced manual effort significantly. The bending accuracy is excellent, and it runs smoothly without any issues. Their team was very supportive, provided proper guidance, and delivered on time. The after-sales service is also very good and responsive. And thank you so much😊😊😊
