Do not purchase without visiting. I purchased wall shelf hooks with plates for around ₹13k but received very poor, cheap quality material. The panel paint was peeling and the hook fitment was not accurate. The metal hooks were unpolished, and four nos hook were missing. After delivery, they did not help me; no one listens to my issues. I tried to discuss this, but there has been no reply since full payment was made. The paint quality is poor, the fitment is not okay, and the prices are too high.

Metal ke parts tedhe aur bent the, panels properly align nahi ho rahe the, joints aur finishing bhi theek nahi thi. Dimensions aur fitting ka bhi proper dhyan nahi rakha gaya, aur overall assembly ke liye product professionally prepared nahi lag raha tha. Sabse zyada disappointment is baat ki hui ki demonstration ke time product ek proper modular solution laga, lekin jo material deliver hua, uski condition aur workmanship hamari expectations se bahut neeche thi. Humne ek professional fabricator se is tarah ke work ki bilkul expectation nahi ki thi. Humne is stand ko exhibitions mein use karne ke liye purchase kiya tha, jahan proper fitting, straight panels, accurate dimensions aur easy assembly bahut important hain. Is quality ke product ke saath time, effort aur money teeno waste hue. Humne product ki condition ko photos aur videos mein document kiya hai, jo is review ke saath share kar rahe hain, taaki prospective buyers khud dekh sakein. **My advice to anyone considering an order:** Order place karne se pehle product ki actual quality, exact dimensions, fittings, finishing aur complete assembly ko properly verify karein. Sirf demonstration dekhkar decision na lein. Overall, hamara experience bahut disappointing raha. We expected professional manufacturing and quality control, but the delivered product did not meet those expectations.

They have zero after sales service, also zero way of taking. they delivered all my rack damaged and taking zero responsibility for it. Very bad staff and owner. Even their products are not genuine. Requesting people do not deal with them.

I never expected such poor product quality and such terrible customer service from your company. Instead of helping customers, their attitude makes the experience even worse. Highly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
