They have zero after sales service, they delivered all my rack damaged and taking zero responsibility for it . Worst service

They only focus on sales and zero after sale service, received all damaged rack because they did not pack well though charging packing charges. Worst service

good service, they catered my urgent requirement. i am literally grateful to them.

Good product and affordable price 👌🏻 …

They lie to me about ready stock and then dispatch goods after 4 days , then they charge me packaging charge and when I received my goods they were all damaged and no one is taking responsibility for this case

Delivered all damaged material and not taking any responsibility for the same. Their sales teams always give wrong statements and commitments to get sale done. I recommend not to buy from them

I would say the product quality is good; They took longer time than it was told, however, it was worth it; They packed the material in very best way but still due to transportation some of it was altered, which is understood; The best part throughout was ‘Neetu Sharma Ji’ who was always supportive related to any query; from Sales to Installation. She is a great asset for the company. Even when I was unable to install the racks and found it difficult; she arranged a video call with the right person, who guided me accordingly and I was able to set it up. I would also like to add that when some heavy material travel via transport to far areas, it usually gets affected by the way it is handled by the transporters; so that shouldn’t be taken into account. Manju Mam also provided support while Neetu Ji was away and responded to my queries. In short, I’m satisfied with the purchase and the product. Thank you, Adequate Fabricators. I will see you soon again.
