Bad Bad Bad Very bad services, even they didn't support you if you find any material wrong by their mistake. They just want to mentally harass their customers. -5 Star
It's a cheating site.I purchased a dress of Rs 5000 but since it was tight I returned it but from 4th June 2019 til 27th september 2019 they have not returned me my money back..Very soon I will give a legal notice.Pls don't purchase anything from this site.It is to make you fool and grab ur money.Don't deserve a single star.

Customer service ppl don't respond to calls at all. I want to exchange my dresses. But unable to contact them. I feel cheated. Very pathetic service. I recommend not to buy from these cheaters online.
Pathetic customer service, neither at stores nor over call It's been more than a month i have bought 10 Kurtas from W store Rajouri Garden, while buying the staff was extremely happy and cooperative with the sizes, but after 2 days when i went for size change for 3 pieces they turned their faces and ignored me badly, they refused they don't have my size in any of the pieces there. I came back home wrote mail to TCNS clothing and now it's 1 month my matter is not sorted, whenever i call their customer service they tell me your matter has been forwarded to the concerned department, will get back to you once sorted. And till now concerned department is not able to sort out my matter. Very very poor service. I highly recommend do not buy clothes from this company.
Fraud company. They are not even shipping my order since 20 days. Website is showing fake status. Customer care has no clue, nor ready to cancel the order. The shipping tracking number does not work on courier company website. Its a fake and fraudulent company.
Most pathetic store & serive I ever found in my life. No one is ready to response over the phone. If you cant deliver decent service better to close your outlet. I am writting to you over a period of a month but no response received till now on email. It seems you guys open a fraud company where you are taking customer money and then no goods or refunds are getting generated.
One of the worst services I have ever come across .Not expected from W, they never respond to calls or reply to email. I wanted to report an issue regarding my order which was successfully placed, payment was successful, yet shows no order was placed when I check online.. I recommend never to use their services and if u order always pay on delivery...
Such a fraudulent company. They delivered a damaged old dress and not even picking it back. Starting from chat support , call agents , it's completely fraudsters They give stupid reasons. Never buy anything
Pathetic experience ,please don’t buy from such fraudsters , tehy deliver inferior quality clothes at such high rates post than when customer tries to return it they thrown enormous tantrums and when finlly return is done they take forever to return it, it’s been almost a month and i have not got my refund yet which is around 4k. Please make your purchase decision thoroughly if u don want your hard earned money to get stucked
