It was established in 1947 when the family migrated from Pakistan to Delhi. Initially they purchased ghee from Punjab and sold it from this shop. Now run by the second generation, they have their own dairy and have a diversified portfolio of ghee. With mushrooming of several me too products in 2000 they got the logo of Sardar Ghee trademarked by Kohli Ghee Co. Pvt Ltd. They sell ghee in containers up to 40 kg. We bought 1 litre cow ghee in tetra pack. It has a nice flavor and aroma. The ghee is also ‘danedar’ which is best ghee grade.
