I have been a regular customer of Gopala, but today’s rasgulla and rasmalai were disappointing. The freshness, taste, and texture have noticeably declined compared to earlier standards. The rasgulla felt dry and the rasmalai lacked richness. Hope the management looks into this and restores the quality they are known for.

Food is fine Bakery items are little expensive Sweets are not good Dairy items are fine Staff is little weird and little reluctant towards sample tasting of sweets. I asked for a sample tasting of an item -> got it packed Asked for 2nd item tasting and the response was - ‘isko bhi taste karenge’ I mean what kinda response is that to a customer??? In a world of quality specially at sweet shop you cant expect to buy without tasting since food is all about freshness. We all buy even the basic items like bread milk by looking at expiry date then how can someone expect to buy sweets which don’t have expiry written on them at all. Order type Take out Meal type Other Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Bought a black forest pastry today, ask the employee multiple times if it's fresh, came home, found out it was stale

I went at 12 pm to gopala amar colony to purchase paneer….i saw it on display and asked the staff especially the person on the counter for paneer multiple times ….every staff heard us but chose to turn a deaf ear. It seemed they were not interested in catering to the customer and were busy pretending to work….at the end i left without buying anything …pathetic experience poor customer service & extremely arrogant staff

If you’ve grown up anywhere around Delhi-NCR, chances are you’ve already spotted a Gopala outlet or at least heard someone rave about it. This OG brand has been around since 1963 (yep, before your parents were even thinking of Insta stories) and started off with one simple mission—serving pure, unadulterated milk straight from local farmers. Fast-forward six decades, and Gopala isn’t just about milk anymore—it’s a full-blown foodie stop for everything from Indian sweets to savory snacks and even fresh breads. Think of it as the perfect mix of tradition and taste with a modern twist. Now, let’s talk about what actually makes it worth the hype: Dairy dreams – Their paneer, cheese, yogurt, and ghee have serious loyalists. It’s the kind of fresh quality that makes you rethink that supermarket packet sitting in your fridge. Sweet tooth heaven – From melt-in-the-mouth barfis to classic rasgullas and extra indulgent gulab jamuns, their mithais hit that nostalgia-meets-quality sweet spot. Perfect for gifting, or let’s be honest, bingeing yourself. Snack attack – If you’re more into namkeen than desserts, their savories and flavored breads are totally binge-worthy. Crunchy, salty, addictive—exactly what you want when Netflix asks “Are you still watching?” What makes Gopala different is that it isn’t just another “sweet shop.” It’s built on trust, consistency, and that homely vibe that reminds you of celebrations, festivals, and family gatherings. Only now, it’s packaged in a way that feels just as relevant to the younger crowd. So, whether you’re pulling up for some gulab jamuns after dinner or stocking up on paneer for that weekend cookout, Gopala is basically that old-school brand that’s aged like fine wine—keeping its roots intact while still delivering flavors that totally work for today.
