I had went to the shop and bought 16 pcs of Rasmalai , and went back to home. At the time when I serve it to the guest . But it is felt sour smell ( It means , the Ramalai is experied already) , then I went back to the shahji zakir nagar branch , but they did't take back and non- co-porative. I really felt bad..😔 …

Quality is good at an affordable cost. Very very bad management. Employees are very slow and they keep eating. People keep waiting due to lazy behaviour of employees. Worst thing is that their weighing scale is not visible to customers.

On th day of Eid-az-zuha, staff are really lazy, after getting order of 1.5 kg dahi and some rasmalai, they are taking 15-20 minutes, even if there is not much customers, fans are not running while customers are getting torchured during day heat.

Highly ill mannered staff and poor quality products being sold here. Products are overpriced and of no taste and worth. Rasmalai's milk syrup is not at all thick and simply too bad. NOT RECOMMENDED. JUST A NAME NOW......

Very good experience related to service & quality

पहले शाह जी की क्वालिटी और सर्विस बहुत अच्छी थी लेकिन पिछले २ महीनों क्वालिटी में खराब हुई है और स्टाफ भी बहुत अच्छा अब नहीं है जैसा पहले था आज २ लड़के शॉप पर थे आपस में बात किए जा रहे थे और जमाई लिया जा रहे थे ५ बार कहने के बाद पहले पेमेंट की स्लिप काटी फिर ५ मिनिट बाद पैक करके दी ऐसा ही रहा तो शॉप की सेल पर बहुत जल्दी असर पड़ेगा

Good quality products available. And they are selling milk at very affordable prices while others are selling at Rs 75/litre, they are able to sell good quality milk at Rs 60/litre. sweets are also top quality.

Great shop for sweets whether it may be pastries, or any other sweet. Do try their kulhad milk in winters.

Laddu kharide the is shop se. Fresh bane hue the aur flavour nice tha.

"If there had been an option to give negative ratings, I would have used it for this shop. The quality has deteriorated to the worst. Earlier, I bought gulab jamun — it had absolutely no taste and was of really bad quality. Yesterday, I tried the Kaju Katli, and again, there was no hint of kaju in it. They charge the full amount but are fooling customers with substandard products." I would like to suggest you guys not to buy from this shop.
