Good Services and Toys at Affordable price. They also host events like dog caricatures. My dog also got some freebies as a token of appreciation.

I have been taking my Shih Tzu to JustDogs for over 2 years now. Let me start by saying their actual services are absolutely vital and amazing. The staff does great work with the dogs, and when it comes to the grooming and care itself, they are fantastic. However, their infrastructure needs major improvement and has become a serious safety concern. For the entire two years I have been coming here, their air conditioning has not worked at all. Every single time I brought it up, I was fed lies and told they would get it fixed. Today, they finally dropped the act and explicitly told me they will not be getting it fixed. Summers in India are absolutely harsh, and dogs are incredibly vulnerable to heatstrokes. People need to understand that heatstrokes don’t just happen when an animal is standing outside in the scorching heat—they happen exactly like this, when poorly ventilated rooms turn into literal ovens. It is incredibly disappointing that a pet care facility would risk the well-being of animals like this. Workmanship 100, infrastructure -100. The choice is yours.

They have the best grooming staff and facilities (on a good/affordable budget) out of all other places I have ever been to. Grooming experts are well-trained and well-experienced. They know how to treat them with love and keep them calm while grooming. 💛💛💛💛💛
