Animal Cage IATA Flight Kennel & Products Dealer

We had a tough time finding the right airline-approved carrier for our Shih Tzu due to time constraints. Thankfully, the owner here was incredibly helpful — he ensured the carrier was adjusted to meet the airline’s requirements and had it delivered to us quickly. He clearly has great experience with pet crates and travel needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service!

I had the pleasure of doing business with them during my travel from New Delhi to Canada with my pet dog. At the last minute, Lufthansa deemed the crate my dog originally came in from Canada as unsuitable for pet travel. I reached out to them around 10 PM, and they went above and beyond to help. Thanks to their prompt support, I was able to secure a compliant crate and continue my journey smoothly.

One of the most trusted manufacturers of IATA-approved dog crates, they excel in both quality and reliability. Their service is outstanding, with every detail handled with utmost care. If you’re looking for a safe and durable crate for your pet, I strongly recommend them. Grateful for their excellent service and hassle-free door-to-door delivery.

I ordered the Giant crate from them. They were really helpful and quick to revert. And compared to the price of crates available in Kerala, it was much more reasonable. They shipped it and I received it in Ernakulam in 3 days.

Over all very positive experience of buying a 48 inch IATA approved dog crate for our golden retriever Gopal from CR Pets is probably the cheapest store across India and is also very quick in his response and shipping. They usually ship to Bangalore and Delhi but this was their first time shipping to Hyderabad and I was a bit skeptical but was pleased with the way they delivered the crate within 24 hours of contacting them. I paid full amount in advance and Gopal ensured my trust was retained. A point to note, they ship via Indian railways and the product is not packaged, which came as a surprise to me. Therefore it had a bit of dust, but no impact to quality. Would highly recommend

Owner is total fraudster. He pretend to be busy more than modi ji after the payment I have ordered 32 inch Crate for air travel of my for beagle. Before buying he was picking call in one ring. At the time of payment he promised to deliver water bottle for crate on the next morning but next day onwards even after calling 100 times, he did not pick the phone also he told me that after the trip he will refund half money and will take the crate. Even after 1 month of my trip he is not responding the call.

Bought a carrier for my adult golden retriever as we were flying from delhi to bangalore. The seller was very helpful, professional and also guided about the requirements. The delivery of the product was very prompt and they even helped with the assembly of the carrier. Cost wise also, the carrier is quite reasonable considering the size and quality I needed for air travel. About the carrier itself, I got a large size (L 40 x H 30 x W 27 inches with wheels) as per the iata regulations, it was sturdy and secure. My dog is very happy with it too, she still will go and sleep inside it at night as it is spacious(even I literally fit inside🤣). Highly recommend the product and the seller!

I was highly disappointed. I ordered 3 crates…gave advance and was promised shipment in 4 to 5 days, after number of follow ups, my shipment was delivered in 10 days…the crates are well made and beautiful…but still few things like wheels and trays are still missing…now i have done full payment and struggling to get the missing parts…the manager working there Mr.Kartik was too rude to answer my calls and Mr.Gopal after taking payment will never answer your call…hope my reviews will help others to choose wisely…

This is probably the best place to buy a great quality crate for your pet baby. I had a wonderful experience with them and they delivered as promised. Their prices can't be beat, I have spent months looking for a good quality affordable crate but didn't see anyone or any brand even come close to this offering. Also it is super rare to come across a business like them, very professional and timely delivery and response. Absolutely loved the experience buying from them, will recommend to all my friends in the future.

Very humble and genuine seller. He guided me through out the process for taking my pet abroad and nit just with the cage. Bought a full size crate for large size golden retriever. The crate has taken 2 flights for 2 days each till now and the quality is premium no damages. Best part is that seller even offers a buy back option which is very convenient.
