Ashish and Praveen did a really good job, they were polite and understood really well about the issues.
I had opted for bed bug service from them and what I’m conveying here is from my own personal experience. If I had one word for them it will be that they are just like any other pest control. I opted for two contracts from them and it’s been almost 1.5 years and they have not been able to eliminate bed bugs at all! If I had an option to give negative stars to them, I would have We literally have to tell them that please check the tables please check mattress and stuff like that. I mean they are so inefficient that when we cleaning after their spray we just turned around the beside table just like that and saw bed bugs around 6-7 adults and lots of lots of eggs around the corner and they didn’t even bother to spray around the table generously when they were inspecting it the first time! Highly disappointed as we children have not been able to sleep on our beds anymore because of so many bed bug movements and literally had to sleep on sofa in the middle of the night. Will not recommend Pest Gogo to anybody in future. Negative Quality, Professionalism
Pest control work done regularly on weekly basis and supervised by dedicated personnel which ensures all areas corners, drainage points are duly covered. The service delivery has been very satisfactory.
