I recently ordered a Sport Sun T-shirt (Order ID: 2966) from your official website. I wish to return the product, but I am unable to find the return option. The order status still shows as "On the way" even though I have already received it. Kindly assist me in initiating the return process and refunding my amount.

Subject: Non-delivery of order and fraudulent delivery marking by Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. Complaint Details: I had placed an order TRACK PANT worth ₹749 from Sports sun, which was assigned to Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. for delivery. On 13th September 2025, the delivery agent Ram Yadav fraudulently marked my parcel as Delivered without actually delivering it. Since then, the agent has not answered my calls, and the Delhivery helpline system disconnects automatically. I raised several tickets, but even after 7 days, no response or resolution has been provided. This is clear deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and fraud. Proofs Available: Order receipt (₹749) Tracking screenshot showing “Delivered” on 13th Sept 2025 Complaint ticket numbers Call logs/screenshots Relief Sought: 1. Refund of ₹749. 2. Strict action against the delivery agent. 3. Compensation for harassment and inconvenience.

Its one of the best Indian brands. Quality is very good. Durable and wide variety of sports wear they offer. Every thing about them is good. They keep innovating from time-to-time to make themselves better and better. They are complete value for money. I have been using their products from childhood. Soon, it will give tough competition to big players like nike and Adidas.
