I had ordered both a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian burger. However, the wrappers were swapped — the veg burger was packed in the non-veg wrapper and the non-veg burger was packed in the veg wrapper. Due to this extremely careless error, I unknowingly consumed a chicken burger despite being a pure vegetarian. This is not a small mistake. For someone who strictly follows a vegetarian lifestyle, this has caused immense mental distress, emotional discomfort, and hurt religious/personal sentiments. Such negligence towards food labeling and packaging is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in your quality and safety checks. I do not want any refund or compensation in the form of money. I want strict action to be taken against the staff responsible and assurance that such incidents will never happen again with any customer in future. If this matter is not addressed seriously and immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and formally raise this issue before the consumer forum and concerned authorities. I expect an urgent response and proper action from your side.

The market is not that great honestly, I have been shopping all my life from Kamla nagar, delhi and in that sense, I didnt find the market useful, prices are also high and the branded shops are very few. consider other markets over jwala heri

Since it is located proximal to my home I have seen its since last 35 to 40 years, but when I visited it recently after 10 years I found it has not evolved as other markets have in last few years. Although I felt nostalgic while whirling around the lanes but got somehow disappointed ☹️

Jwalaheri market is an awesome place for shopping of east Delhi residents.there are all type of dresses available at reasonable rates winter ware Jean's pyzamas ,kurtis , socks available there .there are many shops of shoes etc.

Average place for shopping. Used book store is there. He is selling books for reasonable prices and can negotiate also. You can find some rare books here too. You can buy ornaments, bags, shoes, clothes here. Shoes and bags are not worthy with the quality. There is cafe inside the building in opposite side of the street - Chaayos. Very friendly staff is there and attractive interior inside. They have some special food and recipes developed by themselves. Street food available in the market and maybe good, never tried because not satisfied with the hygiene.

Low cost market has wide range of men and women wears. Few bakeries and sweet shops. Can enjoy the street food of delhi.
