A huge variety for non-veg hunters.. but vegetarians might get disappointed because of limited options. The quality of food served here is quite good. If you are searching for some original bengali sweets and delicacies, this place is worth visiting!

It's the epitome of Bangaliyana, a market where you will find your favourite eatables all the year round. So, if you miss Kolkata and Bengali food, do drop in sometime and you will never repent. Happy eating, folks.

This is the place known for Bengali connection in Delhi. As the locality is popular for bengali residence so as the market. You will get everything that a Bengali household required on a daily basis from Fish market to varieties of spices specific to bengali cuisines. All also find good quality of rice and other food items which is rare in other parts of Delhi. Since this is very close to the Kali Mandir lot of puja related items are also available along with mouth watering sweets shops. Couple of fast food stalls are also there in the evening along with phucka stall. So in a nutshell it's Bengali Island in the heart of Delhi.

One can take a pit stop at CR park market no.1 if crossing over GK, South Delhi. Good rolls, mutton chops, fish chops and cutlets. Proper Bengali snack items available. Along with that one can surely gets the opportunity to try the delicious sweet dishes available in their local sweet shops like aristocrat. Great place to buy varities of raw fishes. But the only thing is hygiene. It's a long due issue there. Parking could be a slight hassle too.

Great place to hangout with friends. This place has all types of shops for eating, or shopping for groceries. Had great time there. There is one small stall just in the front left corner of market where a guy sells sweet corns and gola and other stuffs, i tried sweet corns there they were really good. If you visit, must try.

Ah, CR Park Market No. 1! Just stepping into this market transports you straight to the heart of Kolkata. The sights, sounds, and most importantly, the aromas! For a Bengali in Delhi, this place is a true gem. Shondesh er Misti Mouri (The Sweet Aroma of Sandesh): Right from the entrance, the sweet scent of shondesh (Bengali fudge) hits you. Stalls piled high with these melt-in-your-mouth delicacies in every flavor imaginable will have you reaching for your wallet. Ilisher Kanthakथा (The Thrill of Hilsa): Forget the frozen stuff! Here, you'll find glistening, fresh Hilsa (Ilish) fish, perfect for that authentic Bengali macher jhol (fish curry). And it's not just Hilsa; there's a bounty of fresh seafood – Rui (Rohu), Katla (Bengal Carp), and even lobsters and crabs – that will have you planning your next Bengali feast. Aamar Bangla (My Bengal): Beyond the food, CR Park Market No. 1 is a treasure trove of Bengali essentials. Lush green saris with intricate zari borders, comfy kurtas for the men, and even Bengali literary magazines – you can find it all here. It's a one-stop shop to keep your Bengali spirit alive in Delhi. Adda on the Go: No Bengali experience is complete without an adda (chat session) with friends over a cup of chai. The small cafes around the market offer that perfect spot to catch up, sip on some steaming Darjeeling, and reminisce about home. Criticisms, Mane Nai (No Complaints Here): Sure, the market can get crowded, especially on weekends. But for a little bit of Kolkata magic in Delhi, it's a small price to pay. CR Park Market No. 1 is a lifeline for Bengali souls in the capital, a place to reconnect with our roots and indulge in a taste of home.
