This place is like a blissful heaven in the entire delhi region especially for the Bengali community. It actually shows bengali's culture, bengali food.A Foreign bengali can find huge range of bengali food ranging from puchka, jhalmuri to all time bengali's favourite dishes like shukto, daal, fish kalia, mutton kosha etc.My favourite picks are Amar shonar Bangla,city of joy, ami bangalee, Annapurna mistanna bhander, biswas sweets. It's been an enjoyable Sunday of you are working.

CR Park Market has remained the same over the years that we have been visiting. A few quintessential bengali mithai shops selling variety of Shondesh and mishti doi, vendors selling bengali-style chicken, mutton, egg rolls along with endless types of fish cutlets and ofcourse - kolkata staple- mughlai paratha. It also has a Wow momos outlet and few chaat wallah selling bengali puchkas or paani puri But footfall has decreased in the market due to poor upkeep and its a mess during the rains. May visit for kolkata style charm though

It's a perfact hangout for youth as well as. Elders... Varieties of food joints with a combination of Bengali and Northern. Varieties... Of course Fish market is quite popular and unique... Even the Kali Mandir inside the market is famous among residents... A morning cup of tea with friends is my favourite...

The market is famous for its Kolkata street food. Not only good in taste the place is also home for freshly prepared gourmet. Though the social distance norm is just a myth here. I think the local authorities can look into.

This is very popular bengali market. There are lots of bengali sweets, street foods, fishes, vegetables etc. I am visited here with friends for eating some street food. We order for a noodle plater (Noodle, Manchurian, chilli potato and soya chaap). Noodle is not properly cooked, soya chaap is totally maida, chilli potato and Manchurian taste like corn flour. Nothing is good. Very bad experience. There is some sweets shop also. There sweets is really good. Specifically mishti dahi.

I'm a regular and I find the prices higher than Market 2. The Temple at the entrance leads to this bustling market that stocks Bengali spices, condiments, sweets etc. If you are a foodie you wouldn't be disappointed!! Snacks corners and Chinese bhel , crispy chicken lollipops can be your pick or even Bengali sweets though nowhere near the taste you find in Kolkata. Indulge in amazing Phuchkaas in front of Aristocrat sweets. There's also a magazine shop inside that stocks all Bengali magazines and Bengali story books. For a Bengali these markets are a melting pot of food, spices, vegetables that are so distinctly Bengali and make us miss Kolkata less.

Can there be any alternative to it. NO. Housed within CR Park, it is among the key markets where you can find everything right from Pooja items to food items. Those who love fast food it is a paradise. A visit usually during evening or mornings of Sundays will be worth if you wish to have breakfast outside. And fish lovers can bring home some fish items as there is a big fish market here. The markets might not be very organized, yet has a feel of the city of joy. So plan a trip with family and friends or even individually and you will not regret 😊

Being a Bengali, this is the best place in Delhi to get all your daily bong needs. Fresh Fish Market - check Fried Fish Market >:D - check Groceries your mom needs to make traditional dishes - check Bengali newsstand - check Old classics and recent movie DVDs - check I Live in NoIDA so can't visit often but I visit here whenever I can. I highly recommend coming here.

To be honest, If you are the person who likes to eat street food, best place I go often to have Chinese food, Bengali sweets and golgappe in Kolkata style. You can buy fish here as well, there are many varieties (I don’t know their names) of fishes.
