VIJAY SALES - JANAKPURI

I have bought my laptop from Vijay stores , by Rihan , it was a great experience and very helpful and perfect deal for me , i would recommend all to buy from here .

I am really really really disappoint to write this review because this was not the first time when i bought something from vijay sales, but from this janak puri east branch it was my first time to buy something from here, i bought multiple items all in cash, let me inform you all that never opt this branch of vijay sales, go with other branches but not this never in your lifetime because at the time of selling there products they will commit you anything and promise you all the things whatever you ask for…but once the billing is done after sales experience is completely different and pathetic, none of there employees phones reachable, you will keep on trying different different numbers but you will get no results plus people there have zero ethics they have zero solution to a customer query and problem if any ! They don’t know how to talk in manner…delivery is pathetic, overall this is my worst experience ever from vijay sales. AGAIN REQUESTING YOU ALL PLEASE PLEASE don’t choose janak puri branch of vijay sales for any of your product.

You can go there to check how things are but recommend buying online , the staff is always gonna keep following you like you don't know anything about tech which can sometimes be annoying. The prices written aren't the best price they can do , go for lower . You can findca good deal tho

I received my fridge on 23rd September but it arrived damaged — dented door, broken shelf. This is unacceptable for a new product. I expect a prompt response as this is causing serious inconvenience. No one takes responsibility in Vijay sales (Janak Puri branch) and my advice to all customers is instead of negotiating at Vijay Sales, go and buy your products with a decent brand like Croma who can deliver a fair deal. we bought multiple electronic products from here and Asha helped us a lot to finalise the washing machine and microwave. she was very polite and explained everything with utmost details.
