Very poor service. They sell faulty products. On visit they show perfectly fine product but the quality is not good. In few washes the gasket of fully automatic machine is damaged itself. Nd is not in warrenty. Asking for service charge other than product part cost. I used first time on 40C temperature and it gasket pc was broken inside the machine and spinning with clothes. Vijay sales seems to replace the original part with dupes. Pathetic service
Not that much good,attitude to customer is different before billing and after billing.
I have been a regular customer of Vijay Sales for the past 12 years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I visited the store to purchase a Philips hair dryer, but after discussion, I ended up buying a Vega dryer. There was a lady staff member showing the products, and her behavior towards me and my father was very rude and unprofessional. When we asked about the price, she mentioned ₹2,600 for the Vega dryer, whereas the same product was available on the official website for ₹1,899. When we politely requested for a price match, she refused and requested we’d need to speak with the manager. However, she then rudely commented that the manager won’t come for such a small issue, and told us to go to him ourselves. Her attitude was disrespectful and dismissive, which was also noticed by other staff members present there. As a loyal customer, I expect better customer service and professionalism from Vijay Sales. This experience has left me quite disappointed, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer faces such behavior in the future.
