I just purchased a Daikin AC, and honestly, I’m really disappointed with the service after the sale. The salesperson was all friendly and attentive until it came time to make the payment. They directed me to the ground-floor counter, but once I made the payment, I was left on my own. There was no one to explain the next steps, no file or envelope for the documents, nothing. The cashier just handed me the bill and that was it. It feels like they couldn’t care less once the payment is done. This is really frustrating for a big purchase like this. Disappointed @vijaysales
