Vijay sales is gud but they provide third party insurance (onsitego) is very badly services or executive lack of knowledge,with notice they remove mobile data , unfortunately fault is screen damage but they destroy my data or delay is services.
I wish I could give a negative rating, I recently visited the store to buy a laptop and It was a really bad experience, the lack of product knowledge among the staff was evident. I had several questions about the items I was interested in, but they were unable to provide me with any useful information. It felt as though they had no interest in helping customers make informed choices. They were just trying to sell me the product i don't even want, arguing with me for no reason at all, and showing my likings at low level in front of their products, I was seriously disappointed with this behaviour If you want a good staff service go to Croma near it instead.
