Very helpful and supportive staff. Arvind has gone above and beyond to ensure best price, service and that we feel satisfied with our purchase. He is very patient and is always available for quick assistance.
- They have lot of products on display, But if you want to buy new piece, they don't have in stock - They have competitive prices, But if you want a straight thru price to buy, they will ask one another, no clear answer - They have big store area, Filled with mostly LEDs only - They have plenty of Salesmans Salesman at every VS Store are more than the customers, plus there are ppl from multiple Financing companies who are checking the products more than customers. And customer feels illogical in all this. They will never talk about the product you have on your mind, instead they will start suggesting products on which they have their incentives tied to.

Have worst experience from Vijay sales. Purchased 3 Air conditioners got irate from the services both from Vijay sales and blue star.Very poor service and feedback do not matter to them . Please DO NOT BUY ANY AIR CONDITIONERS FROM VIJAY SALES better go to the company directly. Do not get installation service after 6 working days also They have very poor coordination from company

I have got best deal every time I visited Vijay Sales. The only thing which they should improve is the billing counter. Out of four only 2 were working and that are toooo slow. Additional - again billing counter is pathetic.
No one take the responsibility after sale service ..main thing no commitment on delivery customer comes last in there list once product is sold. They take more than 48 hr to deliver product 3 km of there radius.. sick of this manger have least to feel for consumer
