I had a Very bad experience with them. I purchased a refrigerator from them and it was defective. I called them several times but there customer number was always busy. Looks like they don't answer calls and the number is on busy mode. I got my refrigarator replaced but it was a very bad day. Will never purcahase anything from Vijay Sales.

I bought a whirlpool microwave and nobody send me any engineer regarding demo. I receive 2 to 3 calls after 8 to 9 days but the engineer dont even know how to talk. Worst service ever. This is my first experience with vijay sales and i got nothing. No demo , no installation etc etc. WORST SERVICE WITH NO MANNERS..... 👎👎👎👎 …

Sometimes, one can get best prices for electronics at this place. May be the lowest prices in whole Delhi. As on March 2023, still a good place, not many offers right now but overall good customer service.
