I had a terrible experience here. The technician demanded extra money to change a laptop display cable as it was burn according to them but the date shown in image is different and my laptop was 8 years old and even claimed 2–3 other parts were “broken,” which turned out to be untrue. They tried to charge for work and parts that weren’t mine in the first place. This felt like blatant upselling and misinformation. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and take your device to a reputable service center that provides clear estimates, shows old parts, and explains the actual issue. If you want, be there while repair takes place but do not leave your machine there. Not recommended at all.

Good quality at genuine prices. Mr Monty is knowledgeable and helps to select best devices/parts according to your needs. Buying PC related stuff from here since last 10 yrs.

NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS PLACE. worst experience ever. I bought a Lenovo ideapad s145 Ryzen (which was suggested by the sales representative and he told me how it's the best in this range 'under 35k.' So I bought the laptop, it worked fine for just 2 days and after that it started taking hours to turn on, yes HOURS. It turns on when it wishes to. I tried contacting the customer care but couldn't connect. My mother called the shop owner but he was really rude and said it's not his job help us regarding this situation. The laptop is empty, didn't even download anything on it and still ain't working properly. I admit sometimes the product can be bad and it's not their fault, but the least can they do is try to help and not be rude to women.

Seriously the staff is very oversmart, especially 2 persons, would not name them, but they think they are the one who knows everything My pc got defective within 2 months, which I feel is fine, issues happens, but the support from staff side is not good, they never give proper answers Ask to wait 1 week to just change the ram, second just because I was there for replacement, i am attended at the very last

Review Very bad experience. I got a ₹51,000 PC built from them in May for gaming and streaming, but they recommended an outdated NVIDIA GT 1030 without properly guiding me. The PC stopped working in August. When I visited the shop, the staff had a very rude and careless attitude and made me wait for around 30 minutes. They then told me to come back the following week. Even after 4–5 days, the PC wasn’t properly fixed—Windows and drivers were still pending, and the faulty part hadn’t even been replaced. Honestly, I regret purchasing my PC from them. Extremely disappointing service and customer support.

Very poor and bad experience face with Bansal Computer in Shakarpur. His technician Mr Manoj and others staffs are try to cheat and fool the people's by convince them to buy their products from store.They waste the customers time and money and not solve the issues. In my case, few month ago when I went there to repair my pc they charged and fooled me by saying upgrade your pc (Installed more Ram, new SSD, another new Graphics Card). After few month my pc not work then I went the store again. Mr Manoj Joshi waste my 3 weeks by saying it is in repair mode. Finally after 3 weeks when I visit store again, he argued and say he will not repair pc and try to sell their different different motherboards. Everytime he give different excuses in these 3 weeks. Sometimes he said it will be repaired, sometime he said it will damaged due to I give overload the thing. Everything he installed the equipments in my pc and blames me. If he is not capable and not have manners to talk with customers so why company Bansal Computers hired him. Veera Computers is much better service in comparison to Bansal Computers. Very disappointed with their staffs and the rudely deal with the customers.
