Never buy headphones from they have defected products. I purchased portronics wireless headphones but they were not pairing to any device. When I visit them very next day and asked them to replace, the product the short height sales person chewing pan very rudely said ye hamara kaam nhi hai. After requesting them for very long they said pay 600 more and take Phillips headphone which according to them was premium quality so I agreed. Even those headphone on off switch stopped working properly after 2 days and they very rudely said service centre hum kaya kare. So technically they looted me for ₹1900 useless headphones.

I generally don't give bad reviews but These guys need to first learn how to talk to a customer. They were acting oversmart but ended up looking like some rude and ignorant staff. I still wished them thanks but they ignored it. Items were also a lot overpriced as compared to Nehru place.
