LOTS Wholesale Solutions - NSP, Delhi

I've been a satisfied customer of LOTS Wholesale for more than a year. I run a meat shop and stacking your inventory is a hectic task in itself. They sell fresh items with very reasonable price quote. Must say, I'm impressed with their timely deliveries.

Wow STORE to buy multiple item at one place. The rates are less in some items but Rates in most items are more .There are some items which are not sold in shop in large quantities. But have to purchased for lesser rate in quantity. But moreover it is worth buying there. Lots always provide schemes to its customers. Billing machine are more but have to improve in speed for making Bill's.. Much time is wasted in making Bill's n then after checking for all items .Have to make such system for time management...One Roof For all shopkeeper...

I believe that the best quality products and exciting deals are the key to a retailer's happiness. I am a loyal member of LOTS Wholesale and frequently visit its Netaji Subhash Place branch. The facility is enormous, the staff is courteous, the product selection is limitless, and the pricing is fantastic. I highly recommend them!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent unpleasant experience at your establishment. Despite being regular customers for 2–3 years, visiting three times a week, and spending significant amounts (3–5 lakhs monthly), we were treated in an unacceptable and disrespectful manner. When we entered the gate, I was on a phone call. The receptionist insisted that I scan my card, and I explained I would do so after finishing my call. However, she continued to shout at us, which was both rude and unnecessary. Admittedly, we exchanged some frustrated words, but the situation escalated further when the manager arrived. Instead of understanding what had happened, the manager started arguing with us and acted confrontationally. As a customer, I find it shocking and unacceptable that a manager would engage in such behavior without first understanding the situation. A manager’s role is to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally—not to provoke arguments. This experience has left us questioning the quality of customer service and management at your establishment. Being loyal customers who contribute significantly to your business, we expect to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this manager failed to demonstrate the leadership and professionalism required for their role. I strongly urge you to address this matter by providing additional training to your staff and reconsidering whether this manager is suited for their position.

Please update your KYC neither you will not able to buy any items. Because I'm suffering from this situation I'm mentioning the requirement docs

Very reasonable prices for all departmental goods.
