Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts

Best offic and staff....

Dear Sir , We are manufacturers of soft toys, we are intrested to export our toys to europen countries , can you help us by finding prospective costumers. Regards R. Mahendra

Reasonably bad and unprofessional. But after a lot of effort, they get the job done. So they are like any other government office after all.

Pathetic .. Does not even deserve to exist. Specially the receptionist is really bad and highly unprofessional and second in line is Santosh who is half of the time not on his seat.

No response comes on number shared on website... Continuously ring goes but no one pick the call.

IHGF Delhi fair is a well organized export promotion event done by EPCH india. Good exposure for variety of handicrafts and best place for creating export opportunity. Very good team who handles the events, stalls and other things. A great experience.

Its a public sector comes under ministry of textiles. they conduct exhibitions in international level.

I as as a local in my experience have found EPCH exhibitors to be a sort of racist as when I was at their stall talking and discussing the moment they had an international visitor they had their whole attention diverted towards them which equates to utter disrespect. On the other hand entrance to different halls is utter chaotic and security is worst at its best. Good win to China

INDIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED I recently visited IFJAS at Expo Mart, Greater Noida, with high hopes as an e-commerce brand specializing in brooches. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, and I felt compelled to share my feedback in a friendly and constructive manner. Firstly, as a domestic market seller, I was disappointed to find that the exhibitors showed minimal interest in catering to our needs. It seemed as though they were primarily focused on other markets, which left us feeling neglected. It would be wonderful to see more attention given to local sellers, as they contribute significantly to the success of events like IFJAS. Furthermore, the prices at the event were disproportionately high compared to the quality offered. While we understand the value of unique and handcrafted items, it's essential for exhibitors to strike a fair balance between quality and affordability. Lowering the price points, especially for domestic sellers, would make the event more accessible and appealing to a broader range of buyers. Another drawback was the limited variety of stalls available. A greater diversity of products and exhibitors would have enhanced the overall experience for visitors. Having a wide selection encourages exploration and gives attendees the chance to discover unique offerings. It would be great if IFJAS could work towards attracting a more extensive range of participants in the future Unfortunately, I must mention a specific incident that marred my visit. At one stall, a staff member exhibited a discourteous attitude when we were merely examining a product. It's important to cultivate a welcoming environment where visitors feel comfortable exploring and engaging with the exhibitors. Encouraging friendliness and professionalism among the staff will go a long way in creating a positive impression of the event. In conclusion, my experience at IFJAS, Expo Mart, Greater Noida, was disappointing. As an e-commerce brand specializing in brooches, I had hoped for a more inclusive and engaging atmosphere. I encourage the organizers to focus on improving the exhibitor engagement with domestic market sellers, reevaluating pricing to ensure fair value for the quality offered, and diversifying the range of stalls available. Constructive feedback is crucial for the growth and improvement of events like IFJAS. I genuinely believe that by addressing these areas of concern, IFJAS can create a more welcoming and fruitful experience for all participants.
