Shashi N Gautam Kitchen Gardeners

I lucky found him by a YouTube video, I called him and he solved all my gardening problems and corrected many of my gardening mistakes. He also suggests and provides high quality gardening products at unbelievable low price. He is professional but friendly. And he knows gardening in an out.

Dear Seller, Welcome back with your foul mouth!! I am glad to see that you still remembered me, which is good. All sellers like you should remember me and my reviews so that, you behave well with each and every customer and don't treat them based on their volume of orders. Unfortunately, being a good citizen it is my duty to keep on writing honest reviews (good / bad) and let others, mainly the potential buyers, to judge and take informed decisions. So you are correct in saying that few sellers (like you) do not like people of my nature. Totally agreed and accepted, however, my reviews are not to please you guys but to protect the buyers. Regarding your rating on the website, most of the reviews appears fake to me and has just the ratings but no meaningful comments/remarks/experience. A personal request to your contact circle can get you many such fake ratings, not a big deal Mr. Seller. May be next time you also request them to put some contents to their review to appear genuine. Ha Ha Ha. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Very unpleasant experience & dissatisfied. The seller made it very clear that since my purchase amount was small he had no interest to listen to my concerns. My concern was to highlight the seller about the delay in delivery of my products and that my product was stuck in a post office (in my area) for last five days. Instead of listening to me and my concerns he started blaming me for being impatient and showed his short temper when I requested for refund. I failed to understand how such sellers exist in the market. The seller showed me a big attitude and just because I am not a bulk buyer or did not place an order worth large sum he made it very clear that I don't deserve customer support. It's my bad that I had placed an order with him. Dear Seller, This is a reply to your feedback. Although my initial concern was delay in delivery time but my feedback is written to share with the wider forum your arrogant attitude towards a customer, which is also reflected in your feedback. Instead of enquiring with the postal department why a package (assuming your claim is true) is lying in the post office for last 4-5 days you chose an approach to shout at me, blame me and tagging me as a 'Fake' in the public forum. This is the attitude I was trying to reveal to others. Beware of dealing with this seller. When it comes to tagging my review as fake you have already proved me as a genuine customer by sharing the order details. Just to add the missing part i.e. my order #10151. To conclude, learn to listen to customers' concern instead of challenging or blame them to hide your deeds. I haven't received my order as I write to this post.

Products sold by Addy Wheatgrass are excellent. Got superb results with their seaweed. Best place to buy garden products at a nice price with timely delivery.

We are very much thankful to my "GURU JI" Mr Gautam ji of Addy WheatGrass for his eminent advises and support towards terrace gardening. I'm also thankful for providing best seeds, fertilizers and other required things which are helpful in pesticides free natural organic vegetables and fruits to grow in my Terrace garden. My best wishes to you and your team for doing such a marvelous work.

The neem khali Fertilizer purchased for home plants. It has very good quality and at very reasonable rates in one kg pack. The packet has one sticker pasted over it, has good information for how to use the Fertilizer and in what amount as per the size and hight of plant.

The materials are well packed. Despatched without delay. One thing that I cannot assure is "return policy" as I never needed so never experienced. I had ordered some items (missed asking for Malabar spinach seeds) these items were sent on 17th. Due heavy rains probably they were not delivered When Sir learnt of it he lodged a complain. One who takes so much care of customers is surely a great gardener. Our Bagbaan.🙏🙏

I am very thankful to Addy wheatgrass and gardening, for their full support in terrace gardening tips by which I am able now to grow fresh organic vegetables at my terrace without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. I had seen some of Gautam Sir videos and started kitchen gardening 2 years back. Slowly under his guidance, I have been able to grow 50 kg tomatoes, 20-25 kg Tori, Lauki and Ghia we are getting throughout the year except Jan and Feb. I am getting all these vegetables including Brinjals, Pumpkin, Chillies in 450 sq feet roof top. His Seaweed, Root Promoter Micronutrients and All in 1 is non stoppable. Neem Oil is superb. His guidance on upkeep of plants on regular basis is beyond imagination.

A great website to buy gardening related products from. All their products work as advertised. Also, their youtube channel Shashi N Gautam Kitchen Gardeners is very informative. Customer support on whatsapp is great. Well deserved rating.
