Delhi Test House is one of the Oldest NABL approved Laboratory. They provides Laboratory testing report since 1975. I visited 4 times for products testing. They are providing good services for Laboratory testing.

Service is very Poor. They hold the calls for long time & finally do not give any response. We tested Royal Jelly with Honey & the report depicted by them that product consists of 0 protein, where as Royal Jelly consists of approx 15-20% protein. We mailed them but no response received for last 5 days.

Good experience from last 1 year for 3 product testing but 4th product has been delayed by a month now. No proper response from anyone. When we call on landline. They keep on transferring the call and every time the concerned person will be in meeting.

Commercial Pharmaceutical testing laboratory. Very close (about 650 meters) from Azadpur Metro Station (Pink Line). Good laboratory to work. They have installed a HD LED Television at the reception. It is however not at the reception. Maybe that's the accounts or billing section. Only worry is that they ask to sign a bond for at least two years (or 3 years, if you are more unlucky). If you are okay with signing the bond, then no worries for you. Go on. The staff is polite and humble.

This is one of the most unorganized, unreliable lab I have come across. They make false commitments, harress people after taking money. There is no timeline and no commitment. I did not know the correct terminology of the tests, hence shared details of what chemical contents I needed in the test sample. (Type of soil, PH, EC, Organic carbon, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Copper, Borone, Pottasium, Molybdenum). They shared a quote for the same assuring it covered my requirement. When I sent the sample and made payment, they initially harassed us saying, we cannot accept the sample, you have to share a WO on letter head. Email is not acceptable, but they had never mentioned this prior. After completing all formalities they accepted the sample, then there was not update for weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups, they would only keep saying soon. When we got the reports, it had no relevant information for us. Only mechanical properties were evaluated and we were charged Ten thousand rupees for each sample. On asking that why the sample was not tested for our required details, they said, we do not have the facility to test all that. Would strongly discourage people from going to this Lab.
