I AM EVEN HESITATING TO GIVE 1 STAR Its a disgrace for me to recommend this company to my colleagues. They supply Bad, sometimes Defect, Not properly aligned products and when enquired the response is "ERRORS HAPPEN EVERYWHERE". Their products do not assist any test certificates or user manual as mentioned in their broacher. You'll be repeatedly contacted for the purchase confirmation which is a good thing. Once you are done with the payment transaction, there is 2.5% chances of them attending the calls. They'll say they will send the products in 2 days but they'll send it after a week which will reach you only after a month. If you ask them about the delay, their response would be "we've sent it already OR we have dispatched it and its no longer our responsibility". But the interesting part is you have to wait for 2 to 3 days for them to attend the calls and hear these irresponsible answers. They would not do the demo of the instruments, and even the test certificates to catalogue will not be attached. Even if the product is damaged, if we claim to repair it, they'll say "we can't come for this issue, repair it with a local technician".
Completely satisfied with the quality of Plastic Cube Moulds purchased from Zeal International. It was a pleasant surprise for me to know that these cube moulds were manufactured in India as their appearance is flawless. These Plastic Cube Moulds are much better than Cast Iron Cube Moulds, we were using earlier.
