They sold me a display freezer which started causing problem from very first week. It been 3 years. I have been calling them, They don’t even care about after sale service. Worst experience ever. Never recommend. Waste of ₹70000.

My order was for a 3-door chiller and & dough mixer. while purchasing i was informed about 100% payment only. So, i enquired about the duration and the time frame for delivery for which i was told 4-5 in transit and 1 day for door delivery. The payment was done on the 02nd of Feb and the consignment was handed over to the deliver partner (Delhivery services) on the 5th. The Delhivery person then tell me that he will take 5-6 days in transit and expected delivery on 11th. I had spoken to Mr Varun from Bharat Refrigeration Works Delhi, and he said not to worry i will have it done today evening but will be late, for which i said OK. on the 12th Morning the consignment has not reached, and no one is reverting on call. Nor the Bharat Refrigeration works team nor the Delhivery team. I will raise this concern to the top lever or even reach out it to consumer forum if the same is not delivered before 12th afternoon today. See the review of the Delhivery service provider on google. ATTACHED (Delhivery receives highly mixed to negative customer reviews, with common complaints highlighting significant delivery delays, poor customer support, and, in some cases, courier misconduct. While it is a widely used logistics provider in India, many users report poor experiences with package handling and tracking. However, the company is often utilized for its wide reach and, in some cases, competitive pricing for) Bharat Refrigeration work should give a contract to better service provider.

( Images attached for reference) poor quality MATERIAL used in manufacturing One of the worst experiences with Bharat Refrigeration and thier after sales service , you would be facing challenges and issues with their products continually , a real headache to buy products from them or rather anything related to your commercial kitchen needs , on coming across to them on service and after sale support that they provide - reply that they would be providing to you is “do whatever you can do” . Which any customer won’t expect from a company. Do not suggest anything at all to buy anything from them.
