Ankur oil and ref k owner ne ek lucky name k sales man betha rakhe hain apni shop pr jo k logo ko gumrah karke cheez bechte hain meaning bilkul bhi sahi information nahi dete sab jhoot bol kr hume ac becha hai unhone bht hi gandi sale service hai waha ki Wese blue star AC bht badiya ac hai woh le sakte hain aap lekin kahan se le rahe hain must check that yeh ankur oil Darya ganj wali shop ki baat ho rahi hai thoda satark rahen sab
Never ever go on this shop
NOT Recommend. Make sure to confirm other charges in written. The sales man Lucky will not clearly tell you about the extra charges. Also make sure you ask them everything by yourself, they will not tell you anything until you ask yourself. I bought an AC worth 50k. They dont have proper person for financing. First he said that financing is 0% plus processing fee. Then the person who is financing said extra 3000 has to be paid as the model is not added in our list. Why should I pay for that?? In addition to the 51,000 for AC, I paid 500 for making payment through Credit card, the delivery charges, installation charges, outdoor stand, stabilizer. Make sure you have 6,000-8,000 extra if you are buying Blue Star AC. Addition, another customer cancelled a deep freezer on the spot and the staff behaviour was really rude with them. Atleast behave properly with the customers.
In this age of digital payments. Why do they charge 2% extra for credit card payments? God knows who pockets this extra unsolicited profit. Their delivery mode is pathetic like the mannerism of one person called Sharing. They expect their customers to carry the goods from delivery van to their premises. Imagine how difficult this would be for a woman. This is despite paying a hefty amount for delivery, which I am sure they pocket money from as well. My review is to teach these guys customer service norms. Wake up before its too late.
