freshness in every sip. happy customer.
I have bad experience with binsar farms, earlier everyday their customer care person calls you 100th time for subscription, telling , try our milk et etc , and when i took sunscription of A2 cow milk , now they can’t deliver milk regularly on time. This brand is non reliable i can say that, not a trustable brand for sure. I reached to customer care many times everytime they said delivery boy is coming in 15-20 min or they will say we will update you soon , this is how they are dealing with there customer. They are only looting people taking there money, and not providing products in return.
I have been using this milk for months, and the quality is outstanding. It tastes fresh, pure, and delicious every single day. Delivery is always on time, and the packaging keeps the milk safe and cold."
Quality foundation and quality products ❤️ highly recommended
Zero Stars for Such Unprofessionalism! Their app advertised 15% cashback on recharges. My wife recharged the account with ₹10,000 and received ₹1,500 as cashback. However, after crediting the cashback, they simply withdrew the entire amount, claiming that cashback cannot be given twice at the same address. Seriously? If your app has such restrictions, why advertise the offer without clearly disclosing them? Fix your app, clarify your terms and conditions, and stop misleading customers with offers you later refuse to honour. This is highly unprofessional and a complete waste of customers’ trust. I expect the ₹1,500 cashback to be reinstated. If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate the matter to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Customers deserve transparency, not misleading offers and excuses after making payments.
